I am a 14 years old. I was born in New Zealand but I have both Serbian and Croatian origins. I love to create and cook things in the kitchen. From small treats to your Sunday roast. I spend a lot of time with my friends, and we always bake together. I am a true believer, when baking with friends, that there is no need to use a recipe, it’s all about the taste.
I loved watching The Food Truck because Michael Van de Elzen loved to create tasty but healthy fast food meals. His idea was unique and substantial. My mum always said I had very weird taste buds. She keeps saying the craziest food combinations such as strawberries and cheese and avocado and banana sandwiches.
It’s important to know which foods you should eat and which foods are not so good to eat. Which foods you should eat in measure and which foods you should eat a lot of.
My website is all about the “5 plus a day” ideal. I believe strongly in this because it gives people a target and an outline to a healthy diet. I have been following 5 plus a day for several years and I want other people my age and older to follow it as well.
